I am wanting to buy a new phone, am I able to swap my sim over if my current sim is a physical one and my new one is an E sim?

Hi @Jessica516,

Yes, absolutely.

If your current phone uses a physical SIM and your new phone uses an eSIM, you can move your iD Mobile service across to the eSIM.

Once you have your new phone, you'll need to request an eSIM replacement and activate it on the new device. This will transfer your existing mobile number and service from the physical SIM to the eSIM.
