new phone

I got a new phone and I want to transfer my SIM over and keep my phone number.

    Hi ​@Eb98,

     

    If you're simply moving your existing iD Mobile SIM from your old phone to your new phone, your phone number will stay the same.

     

    Just switch the phone off, move the SIM into the new device, and restart it.

     

    If your new phone requires a different size SIM or an eSIM, you'll need a replacement SIM/eSIM. In that case, we'd recommend contacting our Customer Service Team via Live Chat for assistance: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat
