    Hi @Ianworkman

If you bought a new handset you need to request a new replacement esim in order to get this working.

To get a replacement eSIM, follow these steps:

    1. Log in to the iD Mobile App or my.idmobile.co.uk and click on Plan.
    2. Go to SIM & Phone Management > Request a replacement SIM or eSIM.
    3. Select Get a replacement eSIM, confirm your email, and choose Yes, I want a new eSIM.

    Thanks,
    Hosai

I have tried to transfer my esim to my new phone. It won't work. When I try to order a replacement esim it sends me a code to my messages which I can't access. Chatbot is useless and goes round in circles. Could connect with live chat before it closed. Can anyone help?

i had an esim on a sim only plan,  upgraded to a new phone and data plan, but after being issued, i was unable to move the old number to the new plan, so i had to send the phone back,  as i wanted to keep the number , so back to Sim only

    Hi @Paulmartin.

Thanks for your post. I am sorry you’ve had trouble transferring your eSIM and getting in touch with us.

To get this sorted and send you a replacement eSIM directly, please contact us via live chat here:
    https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat.

Once you’re connected, let the agent know you need a new eSIM issued to your new phone and that you can’t access the code sent to your old device.

They’ll be able to verify your details and arrange this for you.

    Thanks,
