New Phone No Phone Signal No Mobile Data

I received my new phone on 6 Feb no mobile data or phone signal. Tried network reset loads of times, had new esim and physical sim. Just going round in circles with live chat. Been to Currys who did their best. To say I’m really fed up is an understatement. Network coverage states excellent in my area. I still don’t know if there is some setting that needs tweaking? I really don’t want to be stuck with a 2 year contract on a phone that doesn’t work. iPhone 17.

To help narrow down the issue, could you please try the following:

 

  • Insert your SIM into another phone to see if the signal and mobile data work there.
  • Try the SIM in a different SIM slot on your iPhone 17, if applicable, to check if it’s a hardware slot issue.

 

These steps will help us determine whether the problem is with the phone itself or the SIM/network connection.

 

Once you’ve tried this, please let us know what happens, we’ll then be able to guide you further and get this fully resolved.
