    Hi @Lee hadfield1988,

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your new iPhone, I can imagine how frustrating that may be.

When moving a SIM from an old iPhone to a new one, it can sometimes take a little refresh for the network to pick up properly. First, it’s worth double-checking that you’re using the correct iD Mobile SIM card (and not the old provider’s SIM, if you previously switched).

Here are a few other things to try:

Make sure Airplane Mode is switched off
    Restart your iPhone
Remove and reinsert the SIM card to make sure it’s seated correctly

    Then try a network restart:

    • Go to Settings
    • Tap Phone
    • Tap My Number
    • Delete the old number
    • Enter the new/current number starting with +44
    • Tap Save

Then follow these steps to refresh iMessage:

    • Go to Settings
    • Tap Messages
    • Turn iMessage OFF
    • Go to Settings > General
    • Tap Reset
    • Choose Reset Network Settings
    • Once your iPhone restarts, go back to Settings
    • Tap Messages
    • Turn iMessage ON again

Your iPhone should now recognise the SIM and verify your number.

After doing this, give it a couple of minutes as it may take a short while to reconnect to the network.

If it’s still not picking up a signal after trying these steps, allow 24 hours and then let us know if the issue is still persisting.

    Regards,

    Hi @JoeFinn,

Thanks for your comment, I am so sorry to hear that you are facing the same issue. Please try the below steps:

Open Settings and then tap General management. Tap Reset, and then tap Reset network settings.

If it’s still not picking up a signal after trying these steps, allow 24 hours and then let us know if the issue is still persisting.
