I need to activate a replacement sim

     To activate a replacement SIM, please contact us directly; https://community.idmobile.co.uk/inbox/overview or at Socialqueries@idmobile.co.uk with the sim card number. You will find this on the bottom left of the SIM card packaging, or the SIM card itself. It will start with [ 89442001].
