new sim

I've had to purchase a new phone as the phone i have on contract is broken. The new phone I have doesn't have option for E-sim so I want to order a physical SIM card but app keeps bringing here

    Thank you for getting in touch with us, I'm sorry to hear your original phone is broken.

    If your new handset does not support eSIM, you'll need a replacement physical SIM card. The app is currently directing you to customer support because a physical SIM replacement cannot be ordered through the app in this situation.

     

    Please send us a private message so that we can request a sim replacement for you via our socials (Facebook or Instagram) .
