New sim no signal

New sim arrived. I have inserted it and I have no service. Zero bars. 4G works fine. Unable to call or receive calls. Unable to log into the app to request switch with PAC code as I cannot receive the confirmation text. 
 

I have : 

restarted phone 

airplane mode 

turned phone off and on 

checked network settings on iPhone selected ID and also tried automatic

I’m really sorry you’re having this issue.I completely understand how frustrating it is, especially when you can get data but can’t make or receive calls.
 

Let’s try a few final checks:

Please try the following:

• Go to Settings → Mobile Network → Mobile Data Options → Voice & Data and ensure 4G/VoLTE is enabled
• Turn VoLTE / 4G Calling ON if available
• Toggle Airplane Mode ON for 30 seconds, then OFF again
• Reset Network Settings (Settings → General → Transfer or Reset → Reset Network Settings)
• Remove and reinsert SIM again carefully
 

Since data is working but calls aren’t, this usually points to a VoLTE provisioning or network registration issue, rather than SIM failure.

If it still doesn’t work after this, you may need to do a network refresh on your account so calls/SMS can reconnect properly.
