Help please - not registered on network. Rang my idmobile number from another phone, someone answered but not me or my phone!

Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Restart your handset
  • Turn Airplane Mode on for 60 seconds, then turn it off
  • Remove the SIM card and reinsert it securely
  • Check that Network Selection is set to Automatic
  • Manually select a network to see if it connects
  • Ensure Mobile Data is enabled and signal bars are present
  • Check for any software updates on your device

If possible, please also test your SIM card in another compatible handset. This will help confirm whether the issue is related to the device or the SIM/network.
