New SIM without app access - how?

Hi, the battery on my Google Pixel died last night and now my SIM isn't working. I have followed all the recommended steps and even tested the SIM in another phone but it's not recognised. I think I need a new SIM but cannot get into the app to order it as it needs a security code received by text! Ideally I need an esim so I can activate it straight away. I cannot get to a Currys store. Please help! Thank you :-)

I’m sorry to hear your SIM has stopped working, especially as you’ve already tested it in another phone and completed the recommended troubleshooting.

As you’re unable to receive the security code needed to request a replacement eSIM through the app, please contact our Live Chat team. They’ll be able to complete the necessary security checks and assist with arranging a replacement eSIM.
