New to iD. Porting of old number not worked?

Hi, I have an iPhone 17 Pro. I've currently got 2 e sims. 
 

I chose to get an eSIM with iD and asked to port my old eSIM number over. 
 

Doesn't have seemed to work. 

Can someone help please!!! :)

I’m really sorry you’re having trouble with this I can understand how frustrating it is when a number port and eSIM setup doesn’t go through properly, especially on a new device.
