New to iD. Porting of old number not worked?

I’m really sorry you’re having trouble with this I can understand how frustrating it is when a number port and eSIM setup doesn’t go through properly, especially on a new device.

I’ve just sent you a private message so we can get this sorted for you and check exactly what’s happened with the transfer.
