new upgrade phone not deliverd

My new upgrade phone was due to be delivered today, it hasn't arrived.

Dpd tracking is saying I am 25 of 26 but has said that forv3 hours!

Please advise as I dont know how to progress this.

Dpd app is pretty useless…
