I received a faulty SIM - but by the time I’d figured out it was faulty, I had already started the number porting process. Now I’ve requested a PAC code to be sent to me email (as I can’t use the SIM and therefore can’t receive texts), but the live chat team are unable to help. I’ve sent them my passport and everything. I ended up getting a repeated email saying I couldn’t be given a PAC code because I had already requested one, which I have never done. I desperately need my phone number now for work and iD are so far completely failing to meet their consumer rights obligations. Please could someone help me figure out how to get this PAC code?

The thing is that won’t help as the PAC code is for the number on faulty SIM card. All I need is an email PAC. How can I get that?You’d receive a replacement SIM card to replace the faulty one. Your desired number would be transferred from the faulty SIM to the new one. This would allow you to obtain that PAC.
