Why can I not get a simcard ??

I have a phone amdnx1 simcard already i wanted another for my other daughter and yet seems to always decline

I’m really sorry you’re having trouble getting a SIM, I completely understand how frustrating that must be, especially when you’re trying to set something up for your daughter.
 

There are a few common reasons a SIM order might be declined, and it doesn’t necessarily mean anything is wrong:

• The delivery or billing details may not be matching exactly
• The address may not be passing our automated checks
• There may already be an active order or recent SIM request on the account
• In some cases, security checks can temporarily prevent new SIM orders
 

What you can try:
• Double-check that your name, address, and payment details are entered exactly as they appear on your bank statement
• Try placing the order using a different browser or device
• Wait a short while and try again in case it’s a temporary security block
• Make sure there are no typos in the email or address fields
 

If it still won’t go through, we can usually get this sorted quickly by checking the account and manually placing the order for you.
