no access to old phone to set up new ESim

I am unable to get a replacement ESIM for my new phone because I don’t have access to my phone to get the security code that comes through text in order to receive the QR code to set up the new ESim. What should I do?

I’m really sorry you’re having this issue. I can appreciate how frustrating it is when you can’t access the SMS code needed for your eSIM.
 

To help get this sorted, could you please confirm:

Do you still have access to the old SIM or phone at all (even temporarily)?
Can you receive any calls or texts on the number right now?
 

If you can’t access the SIM at all, we’ll need to complete some additional security checks and arrange an alternative way to issue your eSIM QR code securely.

To help us look into this properly and securely, please send us a private message (PM) with your details. We’ll then be able to review your account and get this resolved for you as quickly as possible.

I don’t have access to my sim on my old phone because it has been disconnected is there any way we can use email instead?

It says there isn’t any private messages and won’t give me the option to message anyone privately. I’ve tried emailing as well but no response yet?
