Check phone’s instructions on how to use BLUETOOTH/ turn it on; should also

be easily found in phone settings.
If not in leaflet shipped with phone, look it up on manufacturers website; simples😄

    Hi @Malabar2020,

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble with the Bluetooth on your phone.

Before arranging any repairs, we'd recommend trying the following:

    • Turn Bluetooth off and back on again
    • Restart your phone
    • Remove ("Forget") any previously paired devices and try pairing them again
    • Make sure your phone's software is fully up to date
    • Try connecting to more than one Bluetooth device to determine whether the issue affects all devices or just one
    • Perform a network settings reset on the phone, as this will also reset Bluetooth connections

If the Bluetooth won't connect to any device after trying the above steps, and you've had the phone for less than a month, there may be a fault with the handset.

In that case, we'd recommend contacting our Live Chat team so they can discuss the available repair or warranty options with you: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat

    Regards,
