No Data Connection In Any Area On My Phone

In any area. I am rarely am able to connect to mobile data, and when I do it is a very short period of time. Is my phone faulty or the sim? Thank you.

Hi Michael.

 

It’s a Samsung S24, I have removed the sim card and re-installed it, didn’t make any difference. It not sending data or receing unless on wi-fi. Regards Paul.

Thank you for the above information.  Please try the following steps:

 

Open Settings and then tap General management. Tap Reset, and then tap Reset network settings.

Could you please try manually connecting to the strongest network using the steps below?

To manually connect to the iD Mobile network:

Swipe down on the main screen to open the notifications panel
Tap the Settings icon
Tap Connections
Tap Mobile networks
Turn off Select automatically
Select iD Mobile from the list

Once done, please wait a few minutes and then try using your services again.
