No Esim set up

I was not sent an E sim for my package. I contacted you a few weeks ago and you told me my phone PAC switch had not been completed on your end. I received confirmation that it was “done”. However I never received an ESIM and don’t see ID mobile as a network when looking in the settings at network providers.

I understand that you've received confirmation that your PAC transfer has been completed, but you haven't received your eSIM and iD Mobile isn't showing as an available network provider on your handset.
