no id mobile mumber received

Hello,

I placed an order for an ID mobile plan with carphone warehouse online but have not received an esim or ID mobile number despite receiving order confirmation and confirmation of direct debit

You should have received a welcome email from iD Mobile, which contains your iD Mobile number. Please kindly check your junk or spam folder if you’re unable to locate the email in your inbox.

After a discussion with customer service I eventually persuaded them to send esim. They stated that I could not have my esim untill my number ported over.I informed them that my friend in same situation had already received theirs.

 I proved my identity and received the esim and my ID mobile number
