no mobile network access on Adur/Horsham District

I and several people i know have not had access to internet through mobile network for three weeks. We understood the network service was being fixed but it still does not work. I live on Adur/horsham district boundary

I appreciate you are fixing the problem. But its been three weeks. So when is the issue likely to be resolved?
