Hi @charlievic02

Can you add more details please.
I am assuming that you have purchased a new handset that the SIM isn’t working with?

Are you new to iD Mobile?
If so…...
Have you swapped networks using a PAC code?
Have you had the ‘Welcome to iD Mobile’ email and the agreed move over date has been and gone?
Did you purchase a SIM card from a shop? Has it been activated?
https://www.idmobile.co.uk/switch
https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-support/your-sim-card

If you are a current iD Mobile customer……..
What is the make/model of the new phone?
Is it on the ‘Approved handsets’ list for connection to the iD Mobile network?

Can you try the SIM in another/your previous handset? This will rule in/out if the problem is with the SIM.

If the SIM doesn’t work in another handset:-
Request a replacement SIM (Please not that if you are a current iD Mobile customer, your account will be on hold until the replacement SIM is activated)

If the SIM does work then it is likely that the new handset is the problem.

If all else fails, your best option is to contact an advisor via Live Chat to discuss this (The Live Chat team are available 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday) :-

 https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat

When you contact the Live Chat :-

Type ‘talk to a person’ in the dialogue box and this will bypass the unhelpful chatbot.

Please be patient as the agents handle a few conversations at any one time so there will be a delay in connecting with an available agent and also any replies to your query.

You can also contact iD Mobile by sending a private message via their Socials (Facebook, X or Instagram)

iD Mobile social media accounts:-

or email socialqueries@idmobile.co.uk.

Good luck x

Hi @charlievic02,

I’m sorry that your new SIM isn’t working and that your phone is showing “No network,” especially after purchasing a new device and contract.

Have you tested the SIM in another compatible, unlocked phone? If you have and it still doesn’t work, please send us a private message with your details so we can investigate this further.

Kind regards,
Tashnieka
