Hi, I have an Oppo find phone and my SIM status is showing as disconnected? I can text fine but when I phone anyone I can't hear the phone ringing out? Gemini suggests that the VoLTE system isn't working on the cell tower? I've switched to 4G only, no difference, taken the SIM out and wiped it clean, no difference, restarted the phone no difference, switched on airplane mode to force a reconnect, no difference? Is the SIM faulty or the phone even though it worked perfectly on O2?

As a first step, please try removing your SIM card and inserting it into another compatible phone. This will help us determine whether the issue is related to the SIM itself or your current handset.
