Hi I am having trouble activating my sim my phone has been switched off for two months but it stopped working you then sent a e sim and it don’t work

Thank you for getting in touch. I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble activating your SIM/eSIM. I’ll be happy to help.

If a phone has been switched off for an extended period, the SIM may become inactive, which can prevent it from connecting to the network.
Please confirm the make and model of your phone and any error messages showing on the device

I seem to be having the same issue SIM works fine in my old phone but my old phone is broken to the point it’s unusable tried putting sim in new phone all I get is no service but I can connect to any other sim so the phone is unlocked I tried logging in to ID mobile app and requesting and e-sim but they want to send a code to my SIM that only works in my broken phone I can’t even get the chat to us button to come up for some reason can’t find a number either that seems to work it’s a bloody nightmare

Hi, I’m really sorry you’re having this issue.

To get this sorted quickly, please visit your nearest Currys / Carphone Warehouse store. They will be able to assist you further and issue a replacement SIM.

Please take a form of ID with you, and they can activate the SIM for you within an hour.
