My account is linked to my father’s details as he is the one who pays for my contract. It is a sim only contract. He brought a sim card through you that royal mail lost and so you told him to get a new one from currys for free. He went to activate it on the account and it linked it to my phone number instead and so neither of us have service now. He’s tried to fix this and change it to his but as none of us can receive text messages for codes we’re unable to access the messages. Is there any other way this can be sorted?
