I can't use my data at all and can't make any calls , even though im paying £26.71 per months . I need to leave this contact ASAP.

To help us investigate and provide the appropriate troubleshooting steps, could you please provide a little more information:

What is the make and model of your phone?

Is the phone showing “Emergency calls only”, or does it display one or two signal bars?

Could you provide the postcode where you’re experiencing the issue so we can check the coverage in that area?

Have you tested the SIM card in another device to see if the issue persists?

 

Once we have this information, we’ll be able to assist you further.
