No service with new sim since i have switched

i have just switched my sim over to id mobile. i dont have any service since inputting the sim. i have restarted my phone and the service has still not come back. how can i sort this out ?

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble getting connected.

 

First, please make sure you've inserted the correct iD Mobile SIM (or downloaded the correct eSIM if you're using one).

  • Android: Ensure the iD Mobile SIM is in SIM slot 1.
  • iPhone: If you have multiple SIMs installed, make sure the iD Mobile SIM is set as your Primary line.
  • If you're only using iD Mobile, we'd also recommend removing any old or inactive SIMs from the device.

 

Once you've checked that, please try the following:

  • Turn Airplane Mode on for 30 seconds, then turn it off.
  • Restart your phone.
  • Perform a network settings reset.

 

For iPhone:

  • Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

For Android:

  • Go to Settings > General Management (or System) > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

 

If you're still not getting service after trying the above, please let us know whether you've just activated the SIM or whether you're waiting for a number transfer to complete.
