Hi,

My phone is saying that I have no SIM despite having an esim for the last 6 months. Is there something that can done to reactivate my eSIM so I can make calls etc or do I need to order a new eSIM?

Hi @AWolfe

Thanks for getting in touch, and I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing issues with your eSIM.

If your phone is showing “No SIM”, this usually means the eSIM profile is no longer active or has become corrupted on the device.

In this situation, the eSIM would need to be reissued or reactivated on the account, as it cannot be manually restored from the handset.

Please contact us via Live Chat or direct message on our social media platforms, and we’ll be able to check your account and arrange a replacement eSIM for you so you can get back up and running as quickly as possible.
