I have bought a new phone with you and sorted PAC to switch from three and keep my old number. I have received my new phone but no SIM card. Had email to say switch should have been yesterday. I can’t register for your app as it sends a text message to register which I can’t receive as I have not been sent a SIM card so I have no network access as Three has now cut off my network access.
I have triple checked the packaging that was sent to me with the handset. There is nothing other than the phone itself.
