Since Friday evening my pone has been saying I have no Sim in my phone. I thought the system may be down so didn’t worry too much. Sam issue occurred yesterday so I sent through all of the steps I could; I took my sim out and made sure it was clean, I turned my phone off and on again; I reset my network settings; updating my iOS. Not a single thing worked, I tried my husband sim in my phone and it worked straight away
so I tried to do an ESIM to see if that would work but that couldn’t download.
can’t get through on live chat, I was booted off after 8 minutes yesterday!
