Hi all,

Been ID customer since 2023 and I used to use flawlessy all the service I needed, inculded an Italian Identity Service to have access to all the portal that required ID Verification (Tax Office, Ambassy portal for documents). I did use the service last year this time and had no issues. Then this summer the OTP form the Identity provider stopped suddenly to be received in my inbox. I tried to get in touch with this provider and they confirm that from their system I do receive the TEXT, but somehow it get stopped so I don’t actually receive it on my device.

I have a samsung 25ultra and all the rest of the OTP are working fine. only with this app. 

Followed every single step by the guide found on this community 

but without any success.

Now I’m very stuck as I need to have access to the Italian Tax Office and Ambassy ASAP and the only way is trough this app. 

Hope someone can help and give any sort of advice.
