not receiving bank message

I have tried the suggestions for messages to work but they’re not working. My phone number is the new sim even though I had a package code but it won’t save to my original number in settings.
I can’t do an update as I don’t have enough storage in my phone apparently

Hi @Murron.

Thank you for your post, and I’m sorry your messages still aren’t working as expected.

To help your device recognise the new SIM and number, a network reset is required. Before doing this, please free up some storage on your phone so the update/reset can complete.

Once you’ve created enough space, please follow the steps below for your device:

Android:

Open Settings.

Tap General management.

Tap Reset.

Tap Reset network settings.

iPhone:

Go to Settings.

Tap Phone.

Tap My Number.

Use the delete button to remove the old number.

Use the keypad to enter the new number.

Tap Save.

Go to Settings > Messages and turn off iMessage.

Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

Once the phone restarts, go to Settings > Messages and turn ON iMessage.

This will help your phone recognise and verify the new SIM. If you still have issues after this, please message us directly with your device model and we’ll be happy to assist further.

Thanks,

Marquerita
