not receiving messages

Hi 

I changed over to my old number and the switch was completed yesterday. I cant receive any messages but can send messesges. The received messages are going to my old phone even though connection has been lost there as ive changed providers.

Thanks for letting us know. It sounds like some messages are still being routed to your old provider. This can happen for a short period after a number transfer.

Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

Restart your phone to refresh the network connection.

Check your messaging settings and ensure your new SIM is set as the default for SMS.

If you’re using iMessage/WhatsApp or similar apps, make sure your number is updated there.

If messages still aren’t coming through after a few hours, please let us know
