I cannot receive most text messages and some calls to my number. My data does not work for this number, but a previous esim that was used on this account.

We’re sorry to hear about the issue you’re experiencing with your calls, texts and data.
Please check that your phone number is showing correctly on your device.
- Open Settings
- Tap Phone
- Select My Number
Confirm that the number displayed matches your actual mobile number.
- If the number is incorrect or blank, please edit it and enter the correct number.
- Once updated, restart the device and test calls, SMS, and mobile data again.
