I requested a change of number from another network last week using a pac code.
my other network has now closed my account but the number is still not on my ID account
could you tell me how long it normally takes please

Number ports are usually processed the next working day.
If you submitted the port after 5pm on Thursday it will be processed Monday.
Please allow until 10pm for the port to complete but please let us know if you have any issues and we can PM you.
