I changed e-sims today, it said it wouldn’t change to a different number but it has, and now I cannot log in, or use either of my mobile data’s as it’s sending my confirmation code to a different number that I don’t have

    Hi @oliviawilliamson2004 ,

I’m really sorry you’re dealing with this,  I can completely understand how stressful it is when you suddenly lose access to your number and can’t log in, especially after an eSIM change.

What’s likely happened is the eSIM swap has not fully updated across all systems yet, which can sometimes temporarily affect the number shown on the line and your ability to receive verification codes.

Let’s try to get you back in step by step:

    First, try this:
    • Restart your phone fully
    • Make sure the correct eSIM line is switched ON in your mobile settings
    • Toggle Airplane Mode on for 30 seconds, then off again
    • Check if either line is showing signal and your correct number in settings

If you still can’t receive codes:
    • Try logging in using the email address option (if available) instead of SMS verification
    • If you have access to another device, try the iD Mobile app there

    • Check if your eSIM profile shows multiple lines,  sometimes an old profile remains active temporarily
