Number hasnt transferred

When i ordered mine and my partners id sim i supplied the number i was transferring over on my one and i didn’t give me the option for her one but said i can do it after, i done it though the app and its not transferred over, its been around 2 weeks and still nothing ?

Here’s a set of troubleshooting steps you can give the customer for the delayed number transfer:

Check PAC and account details: Make sure the PAC code entered for your partner’s number is correct and hasn’t expired. PAC codes are usually valid for 30 days.

Verify the transfer request: In the iD Mobile app, confirm that the number transfer request shows as “Pending” or “In Progress.”

SIM activation: Ensure the correct SIM is inserted and activated on your partner’s phone.

Network settings: On your partner’s phone, check that mobile data and roaming (if needed) are enabled, and the phone is set to automatic network selection.

Restart the phone: Sometimes a simple restart can help the network recognise the new number.

Allow working days: Number transfers can take up to 5 working days once the request is processed, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
