Hi, I have just taken a 2nd contract out with yourself, my first contract is my daughters phone which she uses, the 2nd contract is for a new phone for my self.

i PAC code my old number across, but it’s gone onto my daughters phone and I have her number on my new phone. Can I get the numbers swapped over?.

Thanks for getting in touch.

If the number transfer has already completed, unfortunately it's not possible to swap the numbers back over. The transferred number would remain on the line it was applied to.

If the transfer is still in progress and hasn't fully completed yet, please let us know as soon as possible and we'll do our best to assist before the transfer finishes.
