number not being recognised

When I got my ID mobile plan I decided to keep my existing phone number ending in 79 and yesterday after a month of having my ID Mobile I got a settings notification saying if I wanted to keep using that number then I had to remove and re insert my SIM card. When this came up it wouldn’t let people contact me on FaceTime via that number. So I did it and no it only offers people contact me through my email again or through the new number that I previously said I didn’t want to take on?

To keep old number you needed to obtain a PAC from old provider; did you get one?

Yeah I did that and it all worked fine as I’ve had it for a month and then out of nowhere it told me to do that in order to keep using the number I kept but once I did it, it is like I still haven’t done it. I’ve done it again and turned my phone off and on again as well and still nothing.
