I do apologise that you are facing this issue. Please make sure that the number is correct under settings.

For iPhone:
- Go to Settings > Phone > My Number.
- Check that your correct iD Mobile number is displayed.
- If it's incorrect, change it to the number you wish to keep. It may not update or save immediately.
- If the number still doesn't change, go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
Enter your passcode if prompted and confirm the reset.

Please note that resetting network settings will remove saved Wi-Fi networks and passwords and reset other network-related settings.

For Android:

To check your phone number:
- Go to Settings.
- Tap About Phone or About Device.
- Select Status.
- Tap My Phone Number.

On some devices, this may be listed under SIM Status or SIM Card Status.

If your number is showing incorrectly in your messaging settings:
- Open the Messages app.
- Tap More (⋮).
- Select Settings.
- Tap Advanced.
- Select Phone Number, if available.
- Enter the correct number associated with your SIM and save the changes.

If the number is still incorrect:
- Remove the SIM from your handset.
- Restart the device.
- Reinsert the SIM.
- Check the number again in your phone settings.

If possible, you can also test the SIM in another compatible handset. Send a test SMS and check whether it displays your correct number or a temporary number. This can help establish whether the issue is related to the SIM or your handset.
