I have recently joined ID mobile and wish to switch my old number across.
I completed the online form with my PAC code and transaction number and chose today as the switch date. I’ve had no confirmation or no update to say if it’s happening or not.
I’ve then tried to go on Live Chat all morning but it won’t connect to an Agent.
Please can someone let me know if my switch is going ahead. So far I am hugely disappointed in ID as the communication has been poor and I’m still unable to talk to a real human being.
