Hi 

I proved my pac from my previous network on Saturday and requested for the swap to be done on the 19th of January. This is yet to be completed

    Please contact us directly via email at socialqueries@idmobile.co.uk and include the following details:

    Full name

    Full address

    Mobile phone number

    Email address

    PAC code and number you want to keep.

     

    Once we receive this information, we’ll be able to check the status of the switch and advise whether any further action is needed.

    If you submit a port after 5pm on a Friday it won’t be processed until the following Tuesday at the earliest. So, your number should be ported over today.
