Number Transfer Between 2 Active ID Accounts

My sister has an ID Mobile contract in our mum’s name. A few months ago she broke her phone and decided to take out a contract in her own name, and keep using her old SIM. That contract is running out in a couple weeks and she’d like to keep using her preferred number. 

I work for another telecom provider, and they’re able to do a number transfer between two contracts (albeit this would also be change of ownership). Is this possible with ID mobile?

 

If it isn’t possible, would she be able to port out her number to another provider (PAYG/1-m rolling contract) then port in onto the second contract?

    Mobile numbers can’t be transferred between iD Mobile accounts. You’ll need to perform a triangle port as outlined in the last paragraph of your post.
