This is getting to be a bit of a joke.
I scheduled a number transfer for Monday 13th October which has not completed two days later on Wednesday 15th October. So I try to go to your live chat, finally get past your bot and 3 minutes later I get “I’m sorry. I’m not available to chat at this time. Please try again later and I will be glad to help you.”
This is after my having to apply 4 times to get a plan, the reason? You rejected my address for not having a county - the same address YOUR system automatically pulled…
Pretty awful service and there doesn’t appear to be a number I can call, very frustrated at the moment.
