Number Transfer Delay - Moving from Three

This is getting to be a bit of a joke.

 

I scheduled a number transfer for Monday 13th October which has not completed two days later on Wednesday 15th October. So I try to go to your live chat, finally get past your bot and 3 minutes later I get “I’m sorry. I’m not available to chat at this time. Please try again later and I will be glad to help you.”
 

This is after my having to apply 4 times to get a plan, the reason? You rejected my address for not having a county - the same address YOUR system automatically pulled…

 

Pretty awful service and there doesn’t appear to be a number I can call, very frustrated at the moment.

I am so sorry for the service you have received so far. There was a bit of an issue with our live chat system, and I do apologise for that. I am so sorry that you had trouble placing your order as well. If your number transfer will be complete today the 15th, you will receive a text message confirming that the number transfer is complete before 10 pm.
