    Hi @Blessing01

Thank you for getting in touch.

If you've received a text confirming that your number transfer has completed, but your phone is still showing the old number and you're unable to make calls, this is usually temporary while the transfer finishes updating on the network.

Please try restarting your phone if you haven't already. If the issue persists after restarting, please let us know the make and model of your phone.

    Thank you,

    Hi @Blessing01

    Thank you for the update.

If your phone is still showing your old number in the settings and you're seeing the message "Use Last Remaining Line" when trying to make calls, it sounds like the number transfer may not have completed correctly, or your phone may still be using the previous line.

Could you please let us know what model of phone you're using?

    Thank you,

    Hi @Blessing01,

Thank you for confirming. Please could you try the below steps:

    • Go to Settings
    • Tap Phone
    • Tap My Number
    • Delete the old number
    • Enter the new number
    • Tap Save

Then follow these steps to refresh iMessage:

    1. Go to Settings
    2. Tap Messages
    3. Turn iMessage OFF
    4. Go to Settings > General
    5. Tap Reset
    6. Choose Reset Network Settings
    7. Once your iPhone restarts, go back to Settings
    8. Tap Messages
    9. Turn iMessage ON again

Your iPhone should now recognise the new SIM and verify your number.

    Regards,
