So my old phone number was successfully transferred over on the 28/08/2026 and my phone and SIM settings acknowledge this. But when calling and texting people it’s coming through to them as a different number (original new number of SIM before my old number was transferred over). This issue is also being experienced by my partner and her phone was transferred over a whole month before I even made my switch to ID mobile. I was previously with Giff Gaff and she was with the Three network. How can we fix this as people are thinking we are Hoax/Spam calling and texting them as all are calls and texts are coming through on this different number? We are both android users. (Samsung Galaxy A05s & Xiaomi Redmi Note 14 Pro+ 5g).
