Dear Customer Support Team,
I am writing to follow up on the status of my number transfer.
I received my new contract and SIM card last Saturday and submitted a request to transfer my existing phone number to the new SIM. I was informed that the transfer would be completed on 20th February. However, as of today, my old number has not yet been transferred to my new SIM.
Could you please advise on the reason for the delay and provide an updated timeline for when the transfer will be completed?
I would appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this matter.
