old phhone number help please

Hi I recently moved to id mobile requesting to take my own phone number however on my most recent email it states my new phone will have a different phone number please help

Hi, ​@Lesley ramsay . I am sorry that your number is not showing yet. When taking out a new contract you are automatically assigned and ID mobile number. If you then choose to bring a number over (port in) then that number will be replaced. So, your first email before the number transfer will have the temporary number until the number switch. I hope that is helpful.
