Yet another issue of this kind. I recently moved to iD Mobile. Since then, I haven't been able to receive OTP messages. The only messages that come through are from iD and eBay. I cannot receive OTPs from HMRC, Hive, GitHub, and others. I've gone through all the troubleshooting steps with live chat support, but nothing has worked. It has apparently been escalated to the technical team, but still nothing. Very good first impression for a new customer
