Got my new physical iD mobile SIM yesterday. Getting the above error message repeatedly when trying to transfer/retain my existing/old mobile number with a PAC code. This occurs in both the id mobile app or the my.idmobile.co.uk. Have tried everything recommended by the iD mobile FAQs, including uninstalling and reinstalling the app, removing and re-adding my plan etc. Unfortunately just getting the above error message, tried contacting id mobile through live chat and everything on there fails to connect me to a relevant agent. Any assistance with this would be most appreciated please
