I have just ordered a phone, but after I placed the order it emailed to say it’s out of stock until the 24th September. I need a phone before then. Please give me my options.

Hi @Hannahconstanceharris,

I'm sorry to hear that the phone you've ordered is currently showing as out of stock.

As we're unable to assist with stock availability or order-specific queries here on the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Sales Team to discuss the options available to you. They can advise whether there are any alternative devices currently in stock that may meet your needs.

You can contact them via Live Chat here: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat

Just a quick reminder for future posts: as this is a public forum, please avoid sharing any sensitive information such as order numbers, phone numbers, addresses, or other personal details.
